During this meeting we reviewed the status of the different subsections of section 4. Globally, it is in good shape but some subsections still need some work.

There may be a problem with the length of some subsections, which are above the page limit. An interesting proposal made by Anca was to have a more extended version of the review on arxiv, where the number of pages is not a restriction.

We decided to change the order of some sections, so that Atmospheric neutrinos immediately preceeds cosmic neutrinos. The structure of section 4 can be viewed in the following excel sheet:

This Friday November 13th there will be a meeting with the review committee, where a look will be given to the whole document. A static version of the whole document will be created during the days following Friday's meting, and this static version will be the one reviewed by the review committee. The intention was to prepare it for Friday, but we (section 4) asked for a bit more of time to implement the needed changes.

I (Rodrigo) will attend that meeting. Please let me know if you want to send any feedback to the review committee, and I will transmit it.

The status of the subsections is as follows:

Seciton 4.1: Neutrino properties and parameters: measurements and limits

Complete but it's currently above the page limit. It will be compressed into 3 pages + table. Last half page should be moved to section 4.2.7.

Section 4.2.1: Neutrino Masses

Almost complete and the page limit is well respected (except for the references).

Section 4.2.2: Neutrinoless double beta decay

Complete and sligthly above the page limit. Space could be saved by rearranging tables. Are these really needed for the text?

Section 4.2.3    Solar Neutrinos

Work in progress but quite advanced. Currently above the page limit but we will gain space when removing the itemized format.

Section 4.2.4  Atmospheric neutrinos

Complete, and the page limit is a bit above the limit. Check the equations. Maybe reference to section 4.1 can be made and some space saved?

Section 4.2.5    Cosmic neutrinos

Some work still needed. Will be ready for Friday.

Section 4.2.6  Neutrinos from nuclear reactors

Good to go. Complete and page limit is respected.

Section 4.2.7  Accelerator neutrinos

Some work still needed. Need to send overleaf invitation to Teppei. Will be ready for Friday

Section 4.3  Beyond the standard neutrino physics

Good to go.
