Accommodation support
We offer two types of financial support that covers the board & lodging costs (in double room) for the whole duration of the school for up to 34 participants.
The Local Organizers support: the Organizers cover all costs in advance but the participant has to pay the registration fee (450 PLN for students and young researchers, 600 PLN for senior researchers). All participants can apply, with priority given to students and young researchers.
The COST support: the participant has to pay the hotel bill at the site, on arrival and will be subsequently reimbursed by COST in the form of daily allowance of 85 € (sufficient to cover the cost of meals and stay in a double room), following the procedures of COST; in this case, the registration fee is waived. In order to apply, the participant has to come from one of the 28 participating COST Member Countries, see list at https://www.cost.eu/actions/CA18108/#tabs|Name:Parties), and again, priority is given to students and young researchers.

Travel support
We also offer the COST support to cover the incurred expenses of the long-distance travel. The reimbursement will be subject to the rules of COST (see COST Vademecum, section 5) and as above, in order to apply, a participant has to come from one of the 28 participating COST Member Countries.
You should indicate in the registration form if you want to ask for reimbursement.
Each type of financial support will be awarded subject to availability. The decision if a given participant is awarded the financial support and of which type will be announced one week after the registration deadline.
