The registration fees are in Euro and include conference registration, conference material, coffee breaks, lunchs, welcome reception, guided visits to Zaragoza city center and the conference dinner.
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes the welcome reception, guided visits to Zaragoza city center and the conference dinner.
The conference fees are:
- 525 Euro (for registrations before April 20, inclusive)
- 600 Euro (for registrations after April 21, inclusive)
- 100 Euro (accompanying person)
Registration deadline: 18 May
Payment
Payments are accepted in EURO only. The conference fee can be paid by:
Credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard, JBC, Diners Club, American Express) via secure web form.
Paying by bank transfer: Amount payable in EURO (free of bank charges for the recipient) to:

Please remember to include the participant's name and the reference “IDM2026” in the transfer concept.
Information for the preparation of the corresponding invoices will be asked for in the registration form. If you comment all of your needs in advance, we could be more efficient in the management of the event.
In the case you need an invoice before payment, you will be asked while registering, but you can contact with our technical support: eventos@zaragozaservicios.es
Please, for the completion of the registration procedure, send us (to eventos@zaragozaservicios.es) the receipt corresponding to your payment at your earliest convenience, with the e-mail subject "IDM2026 fee" followed by your last name.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation before May 19, 2026, 80% of the total registration fee will be refunded. No refund is possible for cancellations after this date.
Conditions for the cancellation of the accommodation reservation could be different. Please be aware.
