Welcome cocktail:

Located approximately 500 metres from the conference venue, the Museo Pablo Serrano will host the welcome cocktail reception on its rooftop terrace, offering participants spectacular views of the city.
Note: In the event of adverse weather conditions, the reception may be rescheduled or moved to an alternative venue. Participants will be informed well in advance.
Touristic Visit to the City Centre:

In groups of 20–25 participants, you will enjoy a guided walking tour through the city’s most emblematic streets and landmarks.
Conference Dinner:

Location: Restaurante Aura - 7 Avenida de José Atarés
Located on the banks of the River Ebro, the city’s main river, the Conference Dinner will take place at the Aura restaurant. Starting with an aperitif served in the garden area, the dinner will follow in the main dining hall. Main courses options are:
- Fish: Gratinated cod with shellfish mousseline
- Meat: Roast lamb terrine (Aragon-style suckling lamb) with baked sliced potatoes
- Vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary requirements will also be accommodated
